GYR-1000D Mains Frequency Copper Wire Induction Heater
Induction heating is a fast, efficient, precise and repeatable non-contact method for heating metals or other electrically-conductive materials.
The GYR Series Mains Frequency Copper Wire Induction Heater are designed based on principle of induction heating, they featuring dynamic and free running pulleys of shorting and insulating type, alternating electromagnetic field is applied from a solid state electronic power controller, a continuous line speed signal feedback to the controller, and the temperature of wire is controlled within the setting range. The wire or conductor to be heated, passes through the induction coils between shorting and insulating pulleys.
The Induction Heater heats the copper wire online, before the wire is extruded with insulation layer by high frequency induction heating, which contributes to improve the adhesion of insulation material on the conductor.
The GYR Mains Frequency Copper Wire Induction Heater is designed for only preheating in the cable production line, It has all of necessary functions to help it preheat the cable with high accuracy.
