Description
SMC’s non-contact, cyclone type grippers, series XT661 moves work pieces
without leaving flaws or adsorption marks. Because no-contact is made with
work pieces, the XT661 is ideal for transferring FPD glass substrates,
solar cells, wafers, etc.
– Assist in non-contact workpiece transfer
– Body diameter: (mm) 20, 25
– Thickness: 1.8mm
– Can be mounted on the end of the robot arm
